Room To Read

I am very enthusiastic about a charity that Bennie Becca has just began supporting called Room To Read. This charity helps millions of children in developing countries get a better education that would not have these opportunities otherwise. It especially encourages gender equality within the education system. Room to Read has a presence in Nepal, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Laos, South Africa, Zambia, Bangladesh, and expanding rapidly. It builds schools, establishes libraries and stocks them with books in the local languages, helps publish high-quality children’s books written from local writers and illustrators, and provides long term support for girls to complete their secondary education. A better education can help build a better world :O) I am so happy to have found this charity to support!
